I have 3 ID cases ( same case )
Spend more than 10 hours in support chat over 3 days
Called all offices in US and South East Asia,
No one pick up the phone?? Toll free number don't work?
Still no resolve to place an order,
I am so sorry for this experience, could you please let me know the case numbers by private messaging so that I can co -ordinate with the concerned team.
Do you think something will happen this millenium?

I have been waiting for an issue to be fixed for over 5 weeks.
I have 10 ID licences I need to reassign, I need to purchase 6 more and 6 PS licences, but the portal wont work. I have wasted HOURS of time, not including the potential lost revenue as people cant work.
I really despise of the CC licencing platform. Its appaling.
