    Echosign to Salesforce

      I ma having the same below mentioned issue.

       

      Hello, we have a client looking to switch to EchoSign with their Salesforce installation. To test the configuration for them I am trying to install EchoSign into my SF developer environment. Following the quick start guide, I've got it installed and signed up for a trial Document Cloud / eSign Services account, however when I go to the "eSign Services Admin" tab in SF, it takes me to "Step 1: Set up Document Cloud as Trusted Network" which always fails with the error "Ooops EchoSign OAuth Error: access_denied : Your product edition does not support account scopes".


      This is happending to one of my very valuable customer who is intrested to invest on this app excahnge product but with out testing how can i assure him that this is going to work for our requirements.
