    Mail Merging Addresses


      I'm producing a Letter with Address in, merging from an Excel document.


      The problem I can't seem to resolve is how to merge the addresses WITHOUT the blank line spaces where there isn't something in a particular column.


      In Microsoft Word, when merging, you can tick a box saying 'ignore blank cells' or similar


      Help please
