    Insufficient data for an image

    davidh99734395

I'm getting this message when I try opening files that I've had for years and used many times previously with no problems.  Only a small portion of the file will display, making the editing of the file useless.

          Hi davidh99734395,

          Try this :-

          • Change the zoom settings so you can see the contents of the document. Try reducing the Zoom factor, or click Fit One Full Page To Window. You can make this setting persistent (to avoid changing for every document) in Edit > Preferences > Page Display > Zoom > Fit Page.
          • Resave the PDF in Acrobat as an Optimized PDF, using the Standard PDF Optimizer settings, or as a Reduced File Size PDF.

Let me know if it resolves your issue.

          Regards,
          Aadesh

I tried the suggestions you had, but it did not correct the problem.  I'm beginning to think that some of the pdf files I have that are giving me this issue are corrupted and just not able to open fully.  If you have any other suggestions, please feel free to share them.  Thank you for your time.
