I am getting the same issue. I tried refreshing and re-logging in and it is the same, just sends me to this forum with now other communication paths.
Is it because I'm in the UK and it is only available to USA?
I have tried at at several different times through a 12 hour period to ensure it wasn't a time zone issue and it makes no difference.
How can we get in touch with Adobe to deal with account issues?
