      In the Internet Explorer Flash Player browser isn't established.

          Not sure if your comment is an exact translation of the error message or not.  Please translate the error message so that we may be able to assist.  Also, please provide the following information:

          • Operating system and version
          • FlashInstall.log file saved at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash.  If this is a 64-bit OS we also require the FlashInstall.log file saved at C:\Windows\SysWow64\Macromed\Flash.  You an upload the file(s) to cloud.acrobat.com using the instructions The specified item was not found. or a file sharing service of your choice.  Post the link to the uploaded log file(s) in your reply.
