Illustrator, when trying to open it tells me there isn't a subscription with my ID, can't open

I used my trial and then purchased the CC account or access to Illustrator for the year.  Now when I go into my CC and try to open Illustrator it tells me

"We couldn't find a Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 subscription associated with this Adobe ID......"  

I purchased what I needed to.  I've done what I know how to do in installing, uninstalling, and installing again hoping it will refresh and pick up my account information. 

I'm new to the whole CC thing and this is super frustrating.  I have work to do and can't get my program to open!
