    From New Zealand, cancelled but still being charged [Edited for brevity]


      I'm from New Zealand, your website is vey unhelpful and difficult to use. I want to cancel my photoshop subscription. I have already called once and was told it's been cancelled but my account is still being charged. When I go onto manage plan to cancel the option is not there. I want something done about this and I am not interested in contacting your number again when nothing gets done,
