    I have tried several times to add a signature to my document. It walks me through to the password and when I range the area to put the signature, the box disappears and never places the signature. What do I do?


      I have tried to add a signature to a document but after entering my password and ranging the area for the signature, it disappears and never signs. I have Windows 10 and I don't remember this happening with 8 Is there a solution?
