    I believe that I was lied to by a chat representative.


      Last week I switched my plan from a basic Student Photography CC plan to the special Black Friday All Apps CC special offer. I chatted with two sales representatives who both assured me that I would get a partial refund for the Student Photography CC plan, even though it was after the first 14 days. This was a large factor in my decision to switch. They promised me that I would get an email about a partial refund in the coming days, but several days later, I am beginning to believe that this was an intentional fabrication. Naturally, I am pretty upset about this and would love to get a sales representative, and not a chat representative, to talk about the possibility of a partial refund or at the very least apologize.
