Due to a slow internet connection, I tried downloading my purchased

software several times with no success. Then, I kept receiving the

following message: 

"TOO_MANY_DL_ATTEMPTS

If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service

at CustomerServices@digitalriver.com."

I Contacted them and they said I need to contact Adobe.

any idea how to resolve the issue?
