How do I draw concentric circles using shapes in illustrator draw

    gitas

i am using iPad and am trying to draw concentric circles starting with a  diameter of 1 cm

the Adobe shape circle seems to have only one size.

      am I missing something ?

          Hi Gita,

The circles in Draw's shape menu can be resized.

When you tap on a shape, the Touch Slide will open with it.

Tap either of the finger guides (the concentric circles) to get the shape you want to modify (circles, squares, and triangles).

Once you see the shape you want, it can be enlarged/reduced by placing fingers on either edge of the outline and dragging/pinching.

You can "stamp" the shape onto the canvas by double-tapping on the outline (it will be outlined with whatever  brush you have chosen).

If you want to change a circle to an oval, when you have the size you want, long-press on the outline. Depending on where on the outline you long-press you'll either see a vertical line or a horizontal line in the middle of the shape. As soon as you see that... Drag. Give it a try.

          Hope that helps.

          Sue.
