I joined the Adobe Creative Cloud and bought a annual plan plus 2 months free with Creative Cloud as a university student user. I was able to download any apps (not as trial) that were available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I could only download the apps for trial, but could not find any order history on my account. As though I never bought the plan. Could anyone help me with this issue?
