Premiere Elements 11 on Windows 10 (assumed 64 bit).

What are you doing - Publish+Share/Disc/DVD disc or Publish+Share/Disc/AVCHD disc or other?

How far do you get in the process?

        Just hitting Publish+Share or later?

If after you hit Burn button in the burn dialog, during Encoding Menus, Encoding Media, Compiling Media, or Burning Disc?

        In the burn dialog

        a. Is your burner recognized in the Burner Location field?

        b. In the Status field are you seeing Ready or Media Not Present or Incompatible Disk or other?

        c. What are the readings for Space Required and Bitrate with a check mark next to "Fit Content to Available Space"?

And, do you have QuickTime 7.7.6 installed on your computer along with Premiere Elements? QuickTime 7.7.6 for Windows

Are you running the programs as administrator (from user account with administrative privileges)?

For now, I will assume that your computer is optimized.

Please consider. If any questions or need clarification on the above, please do not hesitate to ask.

        Thank you.
