The Adobe Application Manager don't do nothing. After I press it to begin the updates it shows up a blank screen with a rolling circle (waiting) . And stay stucked forever. Don't give any message and in the preferences (gear symbol) it has only 3 choices (help, attach to notifications area, out). I've search in the forum's and I've tried this (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html) without any results. I hope Adobe can help me.
