      Hi Anupriya,

      Your proposal was ok and I could download again LR6. But, it is always a but...

      I explain: Since September, I was not able to read my videos in LR6. It was possible with LR5 and at the beginning with LR6 too. It gives a message saying that LR has a problem and windows has to close and search for a solution. I had a contact with Adobe support without success. Always same problem so that they give me the advise to wait an update to improve. I decided to reinstall LR6, it was possible thanks your help. But disappointment: Same message and still not possible to read videos. Have you an idea? I am ready to try!
