    Problems with the desktop app -

    Angieaaa Level 1

      When having problems with the creative cloud desktop ap it suggests uninstalling and reinstalling - however every time I try to do this if says it cant uninstall as I have applications installed! Is it now only necessary to 'reinstall'?

      If so why do we still have the uninstall ap and why does Adobe advise to uninstall if having problems?
