I'm getting the 30504 error when trying to import RAW sequence (pictures taken with Panasonic GH4 camera) into After Effects. Just update all my adobe CC software, and I installed the most recent camera raw update (9.3). I get same error.
Strangely, I am not getting the error on my older iMac (0S 10.7.5 model, mid-2010). I am getting the error on my newer iMac (Late 2013, OS 10.9.5)
Can anyone help?
Are both of them running 13.6?
Have you tried in version 13.2 (CC 2014)?
the new iMac is running Adobe After Effects CC 188.8.131.527.
Old iMac is running 13.2.
Since I just ran the Adobe CC updater, I'm not sure why it did not install 13.6 (you mention 13.6, but I don't have)
So why does it work in 13.2 and not in the more updated version?
13.5.0 had a number of problems - I think RAW images were involved in some of them.
13.5.1 (which you don't have) fixed a lot of problems (and caused one or two...)
13.6.0 fixes even more problems (for most folks including me).
It's odd that your machine with CC 2015 hasn't picked up on the fact that you're two updates behind - one of them somewhat major. And I'm pretty sure issues with RAW images were among the things fixed with 13.5.1
