Can you tell me what device and which version of iOS you're using?
I am running IOS 9.1 on an Ipad 2.0.
This is a bug in the app that's affecting some older iPads and iPhones. We're still trying to figure out exactly what's happening but completely uninstalling Adobe Draw, rebooting the device, and reinstalling Adobe Draw seems to be solving the problem.
Can you try that sequence for me and then let me know if the app begins working correctly?
Make sure to sync any important projects over wi-fi before you uninstall the app (if you're not sure how to do that, let me know and I'll walk you through it).
I've got the same problem as Andrew.
My device is an iPad mini (ref : mf432nf/a),with iOS 9.1.
The first time I used it, 2 days ago, there was no problem at all.
But yesterday the problem came.
I reinstalled it today and it was working good at the start screen, in the space where it tells you to try the different tools.
But when I open a new project, the same problem comes again.
How can this problem happens suddenly, if I didn't have any changes on my iPad (updates, etc.) since I installed the app for the first time ?
Thank you for your help
Can you contact me through the in-app feedback? (Tap on the Draw logo then Give Us Feedback) I'd like to get you set up with a pre-release version of Draw that I believe will solve the issue for you.
