The support site is referring to the chat. The chat is always closed and referring to the forum. The forum (ie. you) referring to the support, that is referring chat that is referring to support.
You notice a pattern????

The link is fine and work by me.
Open the Link: Contact Customer Care
Choose Digital Edition.
Choose Adobe ID and signing in.
Click on the Blue Button.
Click in chat....if not works try a other internet browser.

Nope. Chat is closed. Even when using Chrome or IE9.

It might have to do something with firewalls or other security issues on my corporate computer. When logging in on my android phone the chat seems to work.
Odd....
