    Does a support department actually exist?


      I have been trying to get a problem fixed with our portal for the last 5 weeks. It appears that there was an issue with the billing side of things, which was resolved over 2 weeks ago, but the licence portal side still wont work.


      I have someone supposedly working my case, but its like he has gone of the face of the earth.


      I cannot currently use 10 ID licences, on top of the 6 I need to add, and 6 PS licences. We are currently unable to use the products and are losing valuable income.


      I hope that someone looks at this within Adobe and sorts it out. I am disgusted with the level of service I am getting.
