Did you try over a new user account?
Thanks for replied. Does it related with user account? It's not about installing issue but uninstall.
Yea, I have tried that too. Adobe InDesign CS6 is not listed in the program. Therefore I chose 'Not Listed' and it required its product code. I could not found the product code so i gave up that method.
Navigate to C: > Program Files(x86) > Adobe or C: > Program Files > Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and if present remove or rename Adobe InDesign CS 6 folder.
Again try to uninstall from Control Panel and check.
I had installed Windows 10 , currently I am not able to check. Its been a while I had used Fix it tool it is not available for Windows 10
Is it asking whether the Application is listed under Programs and Features, if yes , select Listed and check.
Yea I had removed those folder but Adobe InDesign CS6 still remain in the programs and features.
By the way I not sure is this a hint, previously I uninstall it in the programs and features and it wrote completely uninstall. However, it still showed in the program so i click uninstall again and it jump from 0% to 99% in a blink of an eye with a success uninstall message. No doubt, it still showed in the program even i tried to restart and do it again. At the end, as you can see at the image i uploaded just now (above) it wrote uninstall failed.
At the Fix It tool, as you can see Adobe InDesign CS6 is not listed there. I chose Not Listed and it asking for product code which i could not found.

Oh Finally!! Thanks Brucgovn!
I actually have installed a few adobe apps but I decided to try one last time. It took me some time because there are some files required complicated methods to delete.
An action without regret, even have to reinstall those Adobe apps again.
