The most recent Creative Cloud update added touch capability to my Surface Pro 3 implementation, apparently. But even with a 34" LG widescreen and wireless keyboard and mouse, the on-screen keyboard pops up every time I enter text editing mode. Sure would love to know how to disable that...
I assume you have redirected the SP3's screen output to LG monitor.
For now, as a workaround, please attach the keyboard (that ships with the device) at the bottom of SP3 and continue using your wireless keyboard.
This should prevent popping of keyboard while you use ID on SP3.
Let me know, if it works for you.
