As El Capitan is listed as supported only on 13.6, and I can only find trial versions of the 2015 releases, I just wanted to check whether it would be possible to upgrade to the 2015.1 release before I commit to spending that precious bandwidth (considering it is Australia) on downloading the older trial.
If you install the trial version of After Effects through Creative Cloud, it will be the After Effects CC 2015 (13.6) version.
Converting the trial version to the full version does not include downloading new software; it just means activating the trial version so that it doesn't time out and stop working after the trial period.
All features other than HEVC (H.265) import work in the trial version.
Ah cheers, problem is though, that this is for a dedicated video editing rig, that's kept offline as per company policy. That being the case, installing using Creative Cloud isn't an option. Is there any way to get a direct download of the trial version of 13.6?
