I believe VSCO team can give you the best answer for that.
Also can you share the crash report .
This is what it lookes like Before I´ve clicked NEXT and after I've typed in the VSCO license key.
And this is what it looks like after I´ve pressed NEXT.
When I press FÖRSÖK IGEN which means TRY AGAIN nothing happens.
What do I do?? I´ve reinstalled my computer and upgraded Lightroom.

Jitendra has already explained - talk to VSCO, as the problem is with their plugin.
What happens when you click on ignore ?
Also it seems to be a permission issue while creating the directory.
Try another admin user account. and the best option is talk to the manufacturer of the plugin.
