    -E/A- Fehler (1)

      Hallo Forum

Wann immer ich Metadaten speichern will, kommt bei einigen Bildern folgende Meldung: Metadaten konnten nicht geschrieben werden. Unbekannter Datei -E/A- Fehler (1)

Ich arbeite mit Mac und sichere die Dateien auf einem NAS (QNAP)

Was will das heissen und was kann ich tun?

      Gruss Robert

          Hi Robert,

Could you please check and confirm the version of Lightroom you are using?

Which operating system are you using?

Where do you have the images stored?

Have you checked the permissions on that location?

            Hi Mrinmay Majhi

            iMac O SX Version 10.9.5

            Lightromm CC 2015

            NAS QNAP TS-253 Pro

The images are stored on my NAS, the Library is saved on my iMac.  Permission must be ok, as around 95% of the pictures save well while I'am saving the meta data.

My iMac is not the youngest and fastest any more. In a few days I will get a brand-new one. Could this be a problem? Further the connection to the NAS ist not very fast. Could these cause the problem?

Thank you very much for your help.

            Robert
