Restart my computer (win7 ultimate) reinstalled the creative cloud and I still get the evaluation copy for cc and lr with 11days left.
this sucks can't figure out what to do................
1)Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look for file named hosts inside etc folder.
2)Copy the hosts file to Desktop and open the same with notepad.
Check whether you can see any Adobe related entries inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc??
OK I did that and found this:
Is that what you mean?
Thanks for willing to help me
Those entries are the cause of issue , the Adobe URLs are being blocked .
You need to reset the Hosts file to default, then try to activate Adobe Apps , it will resolve the issue,
You can simply use Fix it tool to reset Hosts Automatically [ Windows 7 only ]
