    Unable to access lightroom due to unreliable creative cloud


      Almost every time I exit my standalone lightroom 6 and re enter at another date I get the following window " adobe application manager, required to start your trial, is missinh or damaged. Please download....."  I however do not have a trial of this, i purchased a standalone through amazon.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud numerous times. And it continues to happen. Now if I open creative cloud and go to the apps tab it says download error and prompts me to download creative cloud yet again.  Im completely unable to access lightroom. I am running this program on an toshiba satellite with 4k resolution if that matters.
