They are usually pretty good at crediting your account for the image. If you don't hear from an Adobe staffer soon drop a note to @AdobeStock or @AdobeCare on Twitter. You may get a quicker account issue response there.

Sorry that you weren't happy with the quality of the image. I'll report it to the product team and have added a license credit to your account so you can select another image.
The image was fine. It was two of the faces on the image that were very blurry unlike the others variations.
It may be worth updating that image so if any other people buy it they won't be equally disappointed.
