I have taken over for someone at a company and needed to add Stock photography to our subscription but had to reset the password to do so. Now I can't use my Adobe Apps because Creative Cloud just sits here spinning, I'm assuming because the passwords don't gel.
sign out and then back in to your cc desktop using the same adobe id you used to verify your subscription is current, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
If you have Creative Cloud for Teams or Enterprise you can remove a user and assign the license to someone else.
If you have Creative Cloud for individual, you will need to login with your own Adobe ID for your membership. Individual memberships are tied to an individual and their unique Email/AdobeID.
