I am unable to open any CC apps. The CC cloud is visible and appears to be connected in the tool bar but when clicked the screen is just white. All apps are up to date. I also just updated my MacBook Pro to OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.1, even before the OS update I was unable to use any of the apps.
I am having a similar problem. I believe that the new OS isn't compatible with Lightroom CC or 7. Mine just doesn't work smoothly and is extremely slow.
If you have trouble launching the Creative Cloud Desktop application and the application shows a spinning progress wheel or a blank white screen (or otherwise does not open), try the solutions below in order. If a solution works, you do not need to try the next solution.
