Our company decided to go with Business Catalyst because of the Adobe name but the support is the worst no one replies to email for days and days.  I have been trying for days to cancel my subscription but all I get is this automated invoice response.

Login to the web site admin.  Under Site Settings, click Site Management then the Delete Site button.
