I use Lightroom 5.6
I use Windows 7 home edition
The error hadn't popped back up yet, but it's not responding.
Right click on the Lightroom icon and choose run as administrator.
Also, make sure the graphics card drivers are updated.
Still not able to figure it out, the message i'm getting says
This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'switch to' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
When I do that, it doesn't take me any program,
I was able to do part of it, but cant locate this
- In C:\ProgramData\Adobe, find the SL Store folder and move it to your Desktop.
Program data folder is hidden by default.
You need to enable hidden files and folders first.
In the file explorer window, click on Organize menu > folder and search options > View > enable "show hidden files, folders and drives > Apply > ok
then, look for the SL Store folder under Program Data\Adobe
ok, found it, the error still comes up though,....and its extremely slow.
Did you update the graphics card drivers?
