    To use creative cloud libraries please sign in - panel error

      I am signed in to the Creative Cloud desktop app and all programs work fine. Except the libraries panel says "to use creative cloud libraries please sign in." It will not sync/sign in even though I am signed in. I even opened Illustrator from the Creative Cloud desktop app. The library panel won't sign in.

       

      I've tried deleting opm.db file, restarting computer, signing out and back in, restarting the program, delete CCLibrary process, updating all programs, closed the panel and reopened, and I have no idea what to do. I'm in desperate need of help, here. I can't get any work done as many of my files are saved in my library.

       

      Any suggestions?
