I am learning to use the pan&zoom tool through Adobe's Classroom in a Book for Premiere Elements 11. The book is excellent but as its written for a generation Premiere software that is 3 years old, I am trying to get down to a smaller section of the image than the default smallest size focus frame adjustment will allow. (using the corner of the focus frame)
Is there a way to adjust the frame to a smaller size than the default smallest size allowed??? Thanks for your help!
I am not seeing 14 as being different than 11 with regard to resizing the Pan and Zoom workspace focus frame (clicking - or +). And, I have not found a way to adjust a focus frame to less than its default smallest size allowed using -. or otherwise.

Depending on your project needs, have you given thought to creating your pan and zoom effect instead by keyframing the Motion Scale property for zoom and the Motion Position property for pan?
See Applied Effects Tab/Applied Effects Palette/Motion Panel expanded.
