Hi all there,
I am using creative cloud membership. And I fails to cancel membership. I use both google chrome and firefox to access my account, but when I open " manage plan" to cancel, there is always 404 error.
Then I try to contact with customer service team but there is no any direct email to contact, only forum and phone number, no chat. I post in forum and only member answer me, not adobe staff.
We, customer, pay 33 Usd/month to get a very bad customer service. I use many online services and Adobe seems the worst customer service I have experienced up to now.
Adobe customer service, where are you now? plz show up and serve your customer well or your company will suffer loss. Tks for listen !
