    InDesign closes suddenly CS6




      My Colleague have a mac and i installed indesign but it closes suddenly and i get this error message. But she has this problem when she work on hers HP computer too.


      She has a Private Mac and there is no problems with is. Please help me out.

          In future, please post crash reports on an external site like pastebin.com and provide a link here, it makes navigating the forum easier.


          At what point does the program crash? If during startup, what is the last message in the startup splash screen? Do you get any error message before the crash?
