JSX is not a file, it's a script. Use File --> Run Script.

There are many good tutorials on integrating Blender and AE. You render your image sequence then export the script which you run inside AE to create the comp so that AE's camera matches Blender's camera.
Yes, Im currently trolling YouTube and the net. Many tutorials, only finding a handful of useful ones at the moment for a Blender novice such as myself. Im particularly interested in how the camera track data Blender - After FX - Blender etc works and understanding the workflow. Ive got a project on the horizon thats going to require the creation of some relatively simplistic 3D buildings (mainly at a distance) that will need compositing in static and moving footage. IF that tutorial exists, show me!!!!
