I'm working on a project and I need a scenery with a background. I would like to know how to make a color correction, so my white wall looks like this "bluish" darker wall. I tried with some plug-in as Mojo and Magic Bullet Looks, but I'm not good at color correcting, and there are so much possibilities I don't know how to set it correctly. If you have any idea, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
If you're not fee4ling the love from one of the preset looks in Magic Bullet Looks, you're going to have to experiment. Color Grading is very subjective, which makes it EXTREMELY difficult to give you "do this" advice.
You may want to start with a colored solid on the bottom and experiment with blend modes like multiply or overlay to add color and texture. It is highly unlikely he that you will be able to duplicate the look of your example image by simply correcting the color on a single layer. Blending modes are usually the key to turning mundane background images into something spectacular.
