I'm having the same problem, our images should have been reset days ago - I have now had to purchase more images. Could you please ensure our allowance is reset and also refund me for the extra images I have had to buy in absence of our reset. This is very poor service.
I've added 10 credits for December & 7 credits for the images purchased on the 8th December when it should have reset.

I too am having this problem. I purchased Adobe CC complete + Adobe Stock in late October and paid for the entire year. I just used my 10th image from my first batch of 10. It now says I have 0 licenses and is asking if I want to buy more. Is the 10-images-per-month and automatic thing? Or do I need to contact Adobe each time I use up the previous 10? I'm not sure how this works.
Our CC Team is having this issue as well.
We have the 750 images/month plan and our first month just expired this morning. I was expecting it to automatically renew, but now the website is telling us to sign up again.
Working now for our team. Not sure if it was Adobe support or our vendor (CDW) the corrected the issue.
I'll arrange for the support team to look into this and follow up with you when resolved.
