From the menu bar choose:
Edit >> Identity Plate Setup (Windows)
Lightroom > Identity Plate Setup (Mac OSX)
Sorry but you did not understand my question. I know how to change a personalized indentity plate. So another try:
In the menu bar you can right click your identity plate and tick to "Lightroom Mobile" view. Your Mobile Adobe CC user name will appear. In my case this name is not my current moblie user name, since I have changed this after the installation of lightroom CC on my computer.
When you subsequently righ click again on the mobile identity plate to edit the indentity plate, the following message appears: no options for lightroom mobile identity plate.
When I go to preferences, tab: Mobile, my (old wrong )mobile user name is visible, but also here I cannot edit the name. It seems that it is baked in at signing in when I started lightroom CC at the first time.
Can I change that name in Lightroom somewhere?
I must admit I simply use Personalized
I guess that setting to which you refer will come from your account ID. Look under:
Edit >> Preferences >> Lightroom Mobile (tab) Windows
Lightroom >> Preferences >> Lightroom Mobile (tab) Mac OSX
- start up lightroomcc app and creative cloud app.
- sign out from creatrive cloud and you also are signed out from the lightroom automatically
- Sign in to creative cloud again and the right up to date mobile indentity plate appears
