I manage dozens of documents, each with multiple hyperlinks to other documents. In many cases, the same hyperlink is repeated sometimes several times in the same document. If the location or filename of the target document changes, I'm stuck having to go through and manually update all of these identical hyperlinks. Is there some way I can specify a hyperlink once, then use it multiple times in the same document AND update all these hyperlinks just by changing the original hyperlink? I thought that selecting a shared destination hyperlink meant I could update the first one, and all those links that shared it would update, too, but clearly that's not how it works. Thank you.
