    HDR dialog not accessible

    CastleIsland Photo

I am running Lightroom CC 2015.3 on a Windows 10 machine. I cannot access the HDR and Pano dialogs, either via the menu or keyboard short cuts. Nothing happens at all.

I have the same version of LRCC on a Mac and the HDR works fine there.

          Hi CastleIsland Photo,

          Greetings.

          • Is the icon grayed out?
          • Try updating graphics card
          • Restart the computer and then check.
          • If it still does not work under Preferences - Performance uncheck use graphics processor and restart LR and then check again.
          • If you still have issues post a screen shot of LR window with your system information.

          Regards

          Rohit

Be sure to have more than 1 photo selected.

                Icon was not greyed out.

Upgraded to new drivers and restarted: no difference.

Use graphics processor was already unchecked to solve another problem, so no difference.

                  Hi CastleIsland Photo,

Open Lightroom. click on help - System info and paste that here.

What exactly happens when you click on Photo Merge - HDR/Pano  ?

                  Regards

I have the same exact graphics card installed on my Windows computer and everything seems to be working fine.

                      • Under Preferences - Performance, check the option "use graphics processor"
                      • Restart LR and then check again
                      • If it still does not work, reinstall LR from Creative cloud application.

                      uninstall apps from CC.png
