Hi,

Please try the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier in the 'Still having problems' section.

P.S.  no need to post the same issue multiple times.  These forums are used by Flash Player users and monitored by employees during working hours, as such, replied may be delayed.
