This doesn't help me at all.
Every time I hit the button to upgrade your Cloud based Acrobat Product, I see an instruction to contact customer support.
So, here I am.
I notice that there is no direct number to contact customer care. I am looking for one simple question and that is How to reinstall Adobe PDF Pack without paying for it again. All the system does is to direct you to another site, which is not helpful. At less not for me. The quality of service is bad. I see a lot of information on how to start and pay for these packages but nothing on reinstalling.
I cant find how to contact them either as I never signed up and just checked bank account and there was money taken out and I never gave any bank info to anyone or input it anywhere like there has be a way to contact them this is crazy

Hi carolynr24777779 ,
Sorry for being late in answering to your query.
Adobe PDF Pack is an online service which you can access in a web browser or in Adobe Reader desktop application.
To access it in a web browser, visit this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
To install Adobe Reader desktop application, visit this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

You just get caught in crazy loop trying to use the online customer support, is there an actual phone number to talk to a real person?
I landed on that "Support" page half a dozen times after going round and round, clicking on links for support.
And when I finally found a phone number - and finally went through the many menus - I got a message telling me that phone support was not provided for my case.
Then I tried calling again, selecting an option that might lead to a person, and ended up on hold with an estimated wait time of 18 minutes. So I hung up.
I spent over half an hour on this, with no result.
