Under what resolution, the answer says it's the highest possible given the camera taking the photo. That is a not helpful, given there is a wide range of photographers and cameras they use.
How can we find the actual resolution?
Also, the site is very frustrating to navigate given you show about 100 images and no way to see more on a screen. After paging into about 15-20 pages, it gets really boring.

Images are minimum of 300dpi. If you want exact resolution to confirm search for the stock photo number on Fotolia.com and you will get full details. I don't know why that data isn't moved over as well from Fotolia but hopefully it will be in the future.
