Is your project on your hard drive (good) or a network (very bad)?
Was RoboHelp installed with your login and with full admin rights at the time of installation?
Have you got plenty of available disk space and memory on your computer?
Are your index keywords added to the HHK file or the individual topics?
Any idea how many index keywords you have?
Found this old thread:
It probably won't help a lot, since the only suggested solution didn't always work, but it seems that you're not alone in having this problem.
Sorry I can't offer anything more positive.
Thanks Anne. Yes - it's on my hard drive; yes, I installed it and have full admin rights; space and mem are not problems; I've got few hundred index keywords (none of which I can edit ot delete). And yes, the index keywords appear in the HHK file, though editing this in a text editor does not affect the published index (e.g. when I delete index keywords from this file, they still appear in the publshed version).
Since this appears to be a frequently encountered bug, maybe Adobe will fix it in the new version ... or dare I wonder whether *Flare* has already done so?
