Email Delivery Time

So you can no longer schedule a delivery for hour:15, hour:30, hour:45 ?

Why was this removed ?

Why was there no pre notification of this feature being removed ?

I agree we should be able to schedule emails as mention by the OP.  On the on the other hand, I can understand why it really doesn't matter.  Email campaigns might start sending at the time you specify, but there's no guarantee since the system breaks the campaign into batches to avoid looking like spam. This means people will receive their emails at different times no matter what you schedule.
