I guess that it's an internal issue in the authentification workflow (supposed to be SSO) between our Enterprise AD and the Creative Cloud Enterprise Environment.
It works on PC, but not on Mac with CC Desktop App also, but works fine with Safari.
It works on Android device but not iOS when inside the company, but works from outside...
Our Network & IT team work on the issue
It could very well be an internal issue. Although I've never experienced it, I've heard the issue come up.
