Questions About Using Adobe Stock In Our Product's Content

I have 2 questions related to Adobe Stock image/footage usage that I could not get clear answers to when reading these 2 terms of use documents:

Common Questions, Adobe Stock and http://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/legal/servicetou/Adobe_Stock_Terms_en_US-2 0150313_hpc.pdf

      1) Can we use the Adobe Stock images we download in our product we sell?

The company I work for creates educational materials/courses/videos that are licensed to university counseling centers to help students with their mental health (students view the materials/courses we create and therapists assign the materials/courses we create to the students). The courses/materials we create are our product. For example, the adobe stock images would be used in the videos we make as part of the content for the online courses we sell to the universities for the therapists and students to use.

      2) If we expect to have more than 500,000 viewers of our material, what should we do license-wise if we want to use images in our courses/product we sell?
